Job summary

Careem is seeking a Training & Quality Executive for the Partner Onboarding team (hybrid). You will bridge quality assurance with partner capability building, improve onboarding, refine training materials, and elevate partner performance on the Careem app.

• Experience in delivering training and building capability programs.
• Experience in QA/auditing and process improvement.
• Experience in partner/customer operations and escalation management.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver onboarding programs for new partners and refresher trainings.
• Develop, update SOPs, training decks, and job aids.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and retention post-training.
• Conduct quality checks on partner catalogs, pricing, visuals, and promos.
• Track quality metrics and provide actionable feedback to stakeholders.
• Close-loop improvements by updating training content from audit insights.
