Job summary

Jing Hau in Sharjah is seeking a skilled Baker to join our team on a part-time basis (8am–12pm). You will prepare and bake a variety of bread, pastries, and cakes, following traditional and modern recipes while maintaining quality and food safety.

The ideal candidate has proven baking experience, knowledge of techniques and ingredients, and the stamina to work in a fast-paced environment. Pakistani nationality is preferred. Salary is 1,600 USD per month, accommodation provided.

Qualifications

• Experience as Baker or Pastry Chef.
• Strong knowledge of baking techniques and ingredients.
• Ability to follow recipes accurately.
• Excellent time-management and organizational skills.
• Physical stamina to stand for long hours and lift heavy objects.
• Attention to detail and quality control.
• Pakistani nationality preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and bake various types of bread, pastries, cakes, and other baked goods
• Follow recipes accurately to ensure consistency and quality of products
• Monitor oven temperatures and adjust baking times as needed
• Decorate cakes and pastries according to customer requests
• Ensure all food safety regulations are followed at all times
• Keep track of inventory and order necessary supplies when needed
