Jing Hau in Sharjah, UAE is seeking an experienced Baker to join our team. You will prepare doughs, bake breads and pastries according to our recipes, and help maintain quality and cleanliness in a fast-paced bakery environment.

The role requires reliable, detail-oriented individuals with good communication and stamina. Visa sponsorship available. Salary is 1000 USD per month on a contract basis with potential extension based on performance.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Baker in a professional kitchen or bakery is required.
• Knowledge of various baking techniques and methods.
• Ability to follow recipes accurately and consistently produce high-quality products.
• Excellent time management skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy bags of ingredients.
• Good communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare doughs for different types of breads, pastries, and other baked goods
• Bake items in the appropriate oven at the correct temperature and time
• Decorate and finish products with glaze, icing or toppings
• Monitor oven temperatures and adjust as needed
• Ensure that all products are consistently high quality and visually appealing
• Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times
• Train new bakers on recipes, techniques, and company standards
