Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in luxury hospitality or royal service, strong organisational and presentation skills, wardrobe care, travel coordination, and fluent English.

Qualifications

• Background in luxury hospitality, private households, or royal service.
• Exceptional attention to detail and refined service skills including wardrobe care and personal presentation.
• Strong organisational and time-management abilities with the capacity to manage complex daily schedules.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a warm, professional, unobtrusive manner.
• Proven discretion, confidentiality, and emotional intelligence.
• Knowledge of palace protocols and UHNW household etiquette.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalised day-to-day butler service to the Principal with discretion and professionalism.
• Plan, coordinate, and manage daily routines, appointments and personal engagements.
• Oversee wardrobe care and packing for travel and events.
• Serve meals and beverages to luxury standards in line with etiquette.
• Manage travel arrangements, itineraries, and logistics with staff coordination.
• Accompany the Principal to events and travel as required.
• Support personal shopping, gift preparation, and correspondence.
• Anticipate needs and adapt to preferences for a seamless environment.
