Formación

• Diploma or equivalent training in hospitality, catering, or culinary arts.
• Apprenticeship or prior experience as a butler, footman, or related role.
• Knowledge of wines, dining protocols, and guest service standards.
• Ability to plan, purchase, and manage household supplies and inventories.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee household upkeep and supervise staff to maintain high standards of service.
• Answer calls and correspondences on behalf of the employer.
• Greet guests professionally and manage staff attendance and payroll.
• Source, train, and schedule staff; coordinate payroll and budgets.
• Maintain estate assets including artworks, antiques, and silverware.
• Assist with asset management of wines, cigars, books, and automobiles.
• Plan and support events, dinners, and hosted activities.
• Ensure decorum, discretion, and professionalism in all duties.
