Qualifications

• Background in luxury hospitality, private households, or royal service.
• Attention to detail, refined service, wardrobe care, table service, and personal presentation.
• Strong organisational and time-management abilities for complex schedules.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a warm, professional, unobtrusive manner.
• Discretion, confidentiality, and emotional intelligence are essential.
• Knowledge of formal service, etiquette and palace protocols; UHNW households preferred.
• Fluent English is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalised day-to-day butler service with discretion and professionalism.
• Plan, coordinate, and manage daily routines, appointments, and engagements.
• Oversee wardrobe care, packing, and travel wardrobe preparation.
• Serve meals and beverages to luxury standards and etiquette.
• Manage travel arrangements, itineraries, and logistics with staff coordination.
• Accompany the Principal to events and international travel as required.
• Support personal shopping, gift prep, and special requests; anticipate needs.
