Flip retail in Sharjah, UAE seeks a Maintenance Specialist (Painter) to join our hotel maintenance team. You will be responsible for painting walls, ceilings, and woodwork, and for preparing surfaces for wallpaper and finishes.

The role requires at least 1 year of painting experience, a high school diploma, and English language skills. Applicants should be able to commute to Sharjah or relocate with company support; visa status inquiries are welcome.

Qualifications

• Experience painting walls, ceilings and woodwork.
• Painter with 1 year experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Maintain hotel wall surfaces, painting and decorating.
• Prepare and paint ceilings and walls.
• Prepare and paint woodwork (doors, architraves, skirting).
• Strip and prep walls for wallpaper.
• Repair and maintain wall treatments.
• Perform preventive maintenance on decorating tasks as directed by Chief Engineer.

• 1. Certain Duties and Responsibilities
• 1.1 Guarantees that all designs upkeep repair service functions associated to the materialof the hotel structure i.e. wall surface papering, painting and also decorating, etc
• 1.2 Executes all prep work functions as well as embellish all ceilings and wall surfaces withinthe complicated.
• 1.3 Prepares and also embellishes all woodwork i.e. doors, architrave's, window andskirting boards.
• 1.4 Strips and prepares all wall surfaces to take new wall surface paper as and when advised todo so.
• 1.5 Repairs and keeps existing wall surface treatments.
• 1.6 Performs preventative maintenance routines for all enhancing jobs asguided by the Chief Engineer.
• 1.7 Workouts an optimum stability scenario as concerns the operation of theHotels responsibilities. In specific areas specialist supports will be suppliedwhere essential.
