Yas Plaza Hotels by Aldar Hospitality in Abu Dhabi is seeking a skilled Painter to join our property. You will perform touch-up and new painting/polishing work across the hotel as directed by the supervisor.

Qualifications

• Experience in the hospitality industry is preferred for a painter or similar role.
• Safety-minded with ability to read and interpret safety rules and maintenance instructions.
• Strong communication skills to interact with colleagues and guests.
• Highly organized with the ability to multitask and maintain high standards of professionalism and efficiency.
• Team player with a positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
• Proactive and able to handle high-pressure situations.

Responsibilities

• Carry out touch-up and new painting/polishing work anywhere in the hotel as assigned by the supervisor.

About the Job

We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Painter to join our team at Yas Plaza Hotels. In this role, you will be responsible for carryingout“touch-up” and new painting/polishing work anywhere in the Hotel as assigned by the supervisor

About You

• Previous experience in the hospitality industry, preferably as an Painter or in a similar role is preferred
• High school certificate or technical trade certificate
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules (i.e. Lockout Tag out, JSA’s), safety awareness information, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals
• Ability to speak effectively with colleagues and guests
• Highly organized with the ability to multitask and maintain high standards of professionalism and efficiency
• A team player with a positive attitude and a strong work ethic
• Must be proactive and able to handle high-pressure situations with ease
