Job summary

ALPLA Group in Dubai is seeking a packing operator to maintain material supplies and ensure accurate packaging of produced plastic components. You will receive, store and deliver materials, and operate packing equipment safely across rotating shifts.

The role requires basic English, physical stamina, and the ability to lift up to 25 kg. You will follow standard packaging procedures and support other teams as needed within a dynamic production environment at ALPLA.

Qualifications

• Basic English reading and speaking required.
• Ability to count.
• Must be able to lift up to 25 kg.
• Flexible and able to work rotating shifts.
• Willing to work weekends/overtime if required.
• Ability to work in varying weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Pack and handle materials for packaging processes.
• Ensure silos capacities are checked at shift start and end.
• Store and label raw materials, regrind and master batch correctly.
• Set up and operate packing equipment safely and efficiently.
• Communicate issues to supervisor to minimize production losses.
• Maintain cleanliness of packaging areas and labeling of pallets.
• Assist other departments and support setup teams when needed.
