Job summary

Naturaseal in Ras Al Khaimah is seeking a Packaging, Palletizing & Warehouse Assistant for a general labor role involving manual packing, palletizing, labeling, and basic warehouse duties. The position is full-time with on-site work and offers on-the-job training.

You will manually pack products, palletize goods, label shipments, and assist with loading/unloading while maintaining a clean and safe warehouse environment per 5S standards.

Qualifications

• Basic education; no specific diploma or certificate required.
• On-the-job training provided; prior warehouse experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Ability to understand simple work instructions and labels in English or Hindi/Urdu.
• Must be willing and able to perform physically demanding manual labor daily.

Responsibilities

• Manually pack finished products into cartons, drums, or bags according to work instructions and quality standards.
• Palletize finished goods by hand, ensuring proper stacking, load stability, and stretch-wrapping/strapping as instructed by the Supervisor.
• Apply labels, batch/lot numbers, and shipping marks to cartons and pallets as directed.
• Assist with loading and unloading trucks/containers by hand, including carrying, lifting, and stacking materials and finished goods.
• Move goods within the warehouse using manual equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trolleys.
• Assist the Shipping & Receiving Coordinator and forklift operators by guiding, signaling, and preparing loads for lifting.
• Support receiving activities by unloading, sorting, and stacking incoming raw materials and packaging supplies.
• Keep the packaging and warehouse areas clean, tidy, and free of obstructions in line with housekeeping (5S) standards.
• Report damaged packaging materials, damaged goods, or spills to the Supervisor immediately.
• Assist with physical stock counts by counting and stacking items as directed.
• Carry out any other general labor and warehouse support duties as assigned by the Supervisor.
• Follow all safety instructions, including safe manual lifting/carrying techniques and correct use of PPE at all times.

Job Summary

The Packaging, Palletizing & Warehouse Assistant is a general labor role responsible for manually packing finished products, palletizing and wrapping goods for safe storage and transport, and supporting day-to-day warehouse activities such as loading, unloading, and housekeeping. The role involves physical, hands-on work carried out under the direction of the Warehouse Supervisor and Shipping & Receiving Coordinator.
