Job summary

ChampionX, now part of SLB, is seeking a Procurement Operations Specialist in Dubai to partner with global procurement and finance teams. You will manage source-to-pay activities, vendor onboarding, price reviews, PR-to-PO conversions, and resolve invoice disputes.

The role requires SAP MM and S4 MM expertise, P2P process experience, data cleansing, and support for SAP S4 Hana deployments. Training users, documenting workflows, and driving process improvements across regions are key.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3+ years of experience in large SAP transformation projects (SAP MM and S4 MM).
• Hands-on experience implementing and rolling out SAP S4 Hana.
• Proven experience with MM (Procurement).
• Experience with SAP Ariba or GEP preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain outline agreements in SAP globally.
• Review blocked invoices and resolve issues promptly.
• Train end users on current and future procurement processes.
• Assist in data cleansing and vendor master data upkeep.
• Support P2P process rollout, testing, and documentation.
• Participate in special projects and process improvements.
