Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years experience in accounting/finance.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Experience with accounting software and ERP systems.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities during night shifts.
• Knowledge of UAE accounting practices and VAT regulations is advantageous.

Responsabilités

• Process and record financial transactions accurately and promptly.
• Perform ledger bank and account reconciliations.
• Monitor and reconcile accounts payable and receivable balances.
• Prepare and post journal entries, accruals, and adjustments.
• Review financial data for accuracy and completeness.
• Investigate and resolve accounting discrepancies and variances.
• Assist with month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities.
• Prepare financial reports, schedules, and management information.
• Monitor overnight financial transactions and ensure accurate recording.
• Maintain accurate accounting records and supporting documentation.
• Ensure compliance with company financial policies, procedures, and standards.
• Liaise with internal departments regarding financial queries and reconciliations.
• Support internal and external audits with necessary documentation.
• Assist in developing and improving accounting processes and internal controls.
• Perform ad hoc accounting and finance duties as assigned by management.
