Synergy Project Management LLC is seeking a skilled Accountant to manage financial records and support the company's financial health in Dubai. You will handle day-to-day accounting, reconcile accounts, and prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual statements in addition to VAT and audit support.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s in Accounting/Finance and professional qualifications (ACCA/CIMA/CPA advantageous), with strong Excel and ERP experience.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or related field.
• ACCA/CIMA/CPA qualification is advantageous.
• Proven experience in an accounting/finance role.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems; Advanced Excel skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy; good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage deadlines and work under pressure; strong communication and organisation.

Mansioni

• Maintain accurate financial records and general ledger entries.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements.
• Process journal entries, accruals and prepayments.
• Reconcile bank, supplier, and customer accounts.
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable functions.
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Support budgeting, forecasting and financial planning activities.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
• Prepare VAT and tax-related reports where applicable.
• Assist with internal and external audits.
• Monitor cash flow and support management reporting.
• Identify and resolve discrepancies in financial records.
• Support improvements in accounting systems and processes.
