Job summary

UASI in Dubai seeks a skilled outpatient coding auditor to perform coding audits across facility record types, identify trends, and formulate final reports with corrective action plans.

You will communicate findings via conference calls and work with cross‑functional teams. Requires AHIMA or AAPC certification and 2–3 years of outpatient coding experience, including expert surgical CPT knowledge and strong verbal and written communication skills.

Qualifications

• AHIMA or AAPC certification required.
• 2-3 years minimum experience performing outpatient facility audits.
• Previous outpatient coding experience.
• Expert surgical CPT experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform coding audits on a variety of facility outpatient record types.
• Identify trends based on coding audit findings.
• Formulate final reporting including recommendations and corrective action plans.
• Communicate findings and recommendations via conference calls.
