Job summary

Majid Al Futtaim is seeking a Specialist - Social Compliance to support Occupational Health & Safety across its operations. You will lead assessments, review contractor and supplier compliance, and monitor corrective actions to ensure ISO 45001 alignment.

You will collaborate with internal teams and external partners to promote a strong safety culture, deliver compliance reporting, and drive continuous improvement across sites and projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field required.
• 3-5 years of HSE or safety-focused experience.
• Experience in site inspections, safety audits, and risk evaluations.
• Strong knowledge of hazard identification and ISO 45001.

Responsibilities

• Lead OSH compliance assessments across business units, projects, contractors, and suppliers.
• Monitor compliance with health and safety regulations, standards, contractual requirements.
• Conduct site inspections and risk evaluations to identify hazards and non-conformities.
• Review safety documentation including risk assessments, policies, and incident reports.
• Manage corrective actions from audits and inspections and track remediation.
• Analyze safety data and trends to support risk mitigation and continuous improvement.
• Prepare compliance reports and dashboards for management visibility.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to strengthen safety governance and culture.
