Job summary

Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi LLC is actively seeking Licensed Practical Nurses with Orthopedic Ambulatory experience to join our patient care team. The successful candidate will provide care under Registered Nurses' supervision, following established care plans and our Nursing Code of Conduct.

Responsibilities include admissions, care planning, direct patient care, assessments, and documenting outcomes. You will collaborate across disciplines, maintain patient safety, and participate in charge

Qualifications

• Diploma in Nursing required with minimum three-year curriculum.
• Minimum two years post-graduate experience; orthopedic ambulatory setting mandatory.
• Valid and current national nursing license; BLS certification required or within 3 months of employment.
• Proficiency in English (written and spoken); Strong communication skills; familiarity with Microsoft Office and EMR systems.

Responsibilities

• Completes timely patient admission and ongoing assessments; updates care plan.
• Provides direct care and evaluates outcomes per care plans.
• Monitors and documents patient condition and effectiveness of care.
• Assesses educational needs of patients and families, considering cultural needs.
• Collaborates with other professions to address patient healthcare needs.
• Maintains patient confidentiality and promotes patient safety and error reporting.
• Completes charge capture education and in-service training as required.
