Job summary

Align Technology, Inc. seeks a Clinical Liaison to join the Clinical team in Dubai, UAE. You will deliver clinical support and education to a dedicated group of Invisalign customers, partnering with commercial and customer support teams to enhance clinical confidence and adoption of Align’s digital workflow.

The role emphasizes teaching, field activities, and cross‑functional collaboration to drive onboarding, educational programs, and successful customer outcomes across the Middle East.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Orthodontics required.
• Experience: at least two years as an Orthodontist.
• Strong teaching and presentation skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Host & execute speaker- and CL-led events.
• Handle CL support and education activities with supervision.
• Coordinate activation/onboarding of new customers cross‑functionally.
• Possibly conduct field visits with customers alongside the commercial team.
• Provide independent contribution and guidance where appropriate.
• Support university and DSO training and education programs.
