SearchPlus HR Consultancy is recruiting qualified Consultant/Specialist Orthodontists to join premier private and government healthcare facilities across the UAE. The role will deliver comprehensive orthodontic assessment and treatment for children, adolescents and adults, upholding high standards of care and patient safety.

The successful candidate will diagnose, plan, perform fixed and removable orthodontic treatments including clear aligners, and collaborate with dental and medical teams to

Qualifications

• Medical/Dental degree with a recognized postgraduate qualification in Orthodontics.
• Valid specialist/consultant registration or eligibility from the relevant UAE health authority (DHA/DOH/MOHAP).
• Relevant post-specialization clinical experience as per UAE licensing requirements.
• Strong clinical and communication skills.
• Experience in a private or hospital-based orthodontic setting is preferred.
• Candidates with international qualifications and Western specialist training are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and develop comprehensive orthodontic treatment plans.
• Manage malocclusion, dentofacial abnormalities, and complex orthodontic cases.
• Provide fixed and removable orthodontic treatments, including clear aligners where appropriate.
• Perform clinical assessments, treatment planning, and regular patient follow-up.
• Collaborate with general dentists, oral surgeons, pediatric dentists, and other specialists when required.
• Monitor treatment progress and modify treatment plans as clinically appropriate.
• Maintain accurate clinical records and ensure compliance with UAE healthcare standards.
• Educate patients regarding treatment options, oral hygiene, and post-treatment care.
• Participate in multidisciplinary meetings, teaching, and clinical quality initiatives where applicable.
