Job summary

Align Technology seeks a Clinical Liaison in Dubai (EMEA-UAE) to advance orthodontic knowledge within Invisalign System and Align digital workflow. Partner with Commercial and Customer Support to deliver clinical education and support to customers, boosting confidence and proficiency in our clinical solutions.

The role emphasizes independent contribution, field visits, and collaboration to drive educational programs and predefined business goals across the customer base.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Orthodontics required.
• Minimum two years of experience as an Orthodontist.
• Strong teaching, communication, and presentation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Host and coordinate speaker and CL-led events.
• Provide CL support and education to customers.
• Coordinate onboarding of new customers cross-functionally.
• Conduct field visits with customers as needed.
• May conduct field visits independently.
• Support Align educational programs to achieve predefined business goals.
• Structure and manage clinical program tasks with supervision and guidance.
• Assist with university and DSO training.
• Share knowledge with juniors and other team members.

Key Responsibilities

• Host & execute speaker & CL-led events
• Handle CL support & education activities with supervision
• Work cross-functionally to execute and coordinate on activation/onboarding of new customers
• Might conduct field visits with customers and co-travels with commercial team
• Moderate supervision and some guidance are given about the nature and extent of the work required, methods to be used, and results expected
• Contribute independently.
• Conduct field visits from time to time independently
• Work cross-functionally to execute and coordinate Align educational programs and supports the achievement of predefined business goals
• Structure and manage the execution of project/clinical program tasks with general supervision and little guidance and recommends new approaches
• Support University and DSO training
• Contribute independently. May contribute through others on key projects (can teach Junior Clinical Specialist & share experiences with others, with the potential to support the business)

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise

• Education: Master’s degree in Orthodontics
• Experience: at least two years of experience as an Orthodontist.
• Skills: Good teaching skills, communicate effectively, team worker and possess proficient time management skills.
• Communication: Excellent presentation skills.
• Teamwork: Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
