Job summary

Roads and Transport Authority in Dubai is seeking an Organizational Development professional to lead initiatives shaping the company’s structure and roles across all business units. You will collaborate with stakeholders, implement annual reviews, and prepare advisory studies to improve efficiency and clarity of responsibilities.

The position requires a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and strong analytical, communication, and project-management skills to drive change and support

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Business Administration from a recognized university.

Responsibilities

• Provide development initiatives and suggestions regarding the organizational structure.
• Provide the necessary support and advice to stakeholders in organizational development.
• Enhance communication with stakeholders to evaluate development suggestions related to organizational structure.
• Implement the annual plan to review and update the organizational structure.
• Review and update organization roles and responsibilities for all RTA business units to ensure effective structure as it evolves.
• Prepare studies on the organizational structure and propose areas of improvement according to best practices.
• Prepare reports related to the organizational structure and submit them to the line manager.
• Conduct admin orders related to the organizational structure and its amendments.
• Update and disseminate the organizational structure and assigned tasks in approved systems.
• Collect data, research and studies to identify areas for improvement in the organizational structure review policy and workshops.
