Job summary

Roads and Transport Authority in the UAE seeks an experienced leader to manage Corporate Development & Agility, driving frameworks, systems, and programs that boost organizational agility and performance.

You will align development priorities with strategy, oversee continuous improvement, and promote innovative practices across CDA across RTA sectors, ensuring resilience and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development or Strategic Management.
• 12+ years experience for Masters or 14+ years for Bachelor’s degree.
• Certified Change Management Professional, Prosci/ACMP, Certified Agile Practitioner, AI Model Governance, EFQM/Baldrige.

Responsibilities

• Develop and govern the Corporate Development & Agility system with cross-unit coordination.
• Design and execute change management plans guiding the organization through transitions.
• Engage stakeholders to secure buy-in and drive continuous improvement.
• Provide executive reports on change progress, outcomes and insights.
• Define and approve organizational agility groups and objectives.
• Align change management with strategy, best practices, and opportunities.
• Lead enterprise-wide change programmes with minimal disruption.
• Develop training programs to enable adoption of new processes and tools.
• Establish cross-sector squads to enhance resilience and agility.
• Govern analysis of performance indicators and ensure proper reporting.
