Job summary

Infopro Learning is seeking an Oracle LMS Technology Consultant to advise a large organization on Oracle Learning Management strategy. This role is advisory, not hands-on administration, focusing on governance, capability-building, and stakeholder alignment.

You will guide decision-making on catalog design, learning paths, and integrations, while staying current with Oracle LMS roadmap and the broader digital learning ecosystem. Aviation/aerospace exposure is a plus.

Qualifications

• Proven experience advising on Oracle Learning Management in enterprise environments.
• Ability to coach and build capability in L&D teams.
• Strong understanding of catalog management, learning paths, and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Advise on Oracle LMS strategy, including cloud options and course catalog design.
• Coach and upskill internal teams to manage the platform.
• Guide design of scalable learning workflows with HR/IT stakeholders.
• Interpret training effectiveness and compliance data for stakeholders.
