Job summary

Infopro Learning, Inc. is seeking a Learning Strategist to support design and solution development in a large-scale enterprise learning operations environment. You will focus on discovery, instructional design excellence, and maintaining quality across learning solutions.

The role blends stakeholder engagement, discovery, and design work with onsite and hybrid presence in the UAE. 7–10 years of experience and a bachelor’s degree are required; a master’s degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of experience in instructional design, learning design or learning strategy.
• Proven ability to design across multiple modalities (IL, virtual, digital, on-the-job).
• Experience conducting discovery and translating business needs into learning solutions.
• Ability to challenge SMEs while keeping content learner-friendly.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery to understand learning needs, performance gaps, and business context.
• Design high-quality learning solutions across modalities with learner-centered approaches.
• Ensure consistency in enterprise learning identity and design standards.
