Job summary

Next Ventures is seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Supply Chain Consultant for a major UAE transformation programme. The role focuses on procurement and order management within Oracle Cloud, with potential exposure to Inventory or Planning.

The position requires hands-on Fusion Cloud experience, strong stakeholder management, and UAE-based availability with hybrid working and travel to client sites in Dubai or Abu Dhabi as needed.

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion Supply Chain Consultant to join a major Oracle Cloud transformation programme in the UAE.

The successful candidate will provide functional expertise across Oracle Supply Chain, with a particular focus on Procurement and Order Management. Experience across additional Supply Chain modules such as Inventory or Planning would be highly advantageous.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the implementation and delivery of Oracle Fusion Cloud Supply Chain solutions.
• Work with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into Oracle Cloud solutions.
• Provide functional expertise across Procurement and Order Management.
• Support configuration, testing, issue resolution and deployment activities.
• Work closely with technical and functional teams throughout the transformation programme.
• Support business process improvements and Oracle Cloud best-practice adoption.
• Assist with resolving complex Supply Chain issues and ensuring solutions meet business requirements.

Key Requirements

• Strong hands‑on experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud Supply Chain.
• Proven implementation experience within Oracle Cloud transformation programmes.
• Strong functional expertise in Oracle Procurement and Order Management.
• Experience with Oracle Inventory and/or Planning would be advantageous.
• Strong requirements gathering and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience across the full implementation lifecycle, including design, configuration, testing and go-live.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with both business and technical stakeholders.
• Candidates must already be based in the UAE and hold a valid UAE visa.
• Ability to work from the office at least three days per week and travel to the customer site when required.
