Job summary

AceNet in Abu Dhabi is seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Functional Consultant with 10–20 years of overall experience and deep expertise in Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM. You will drive end-to-end implementations, map business processes, gather requirements, test, and deliver production-ready HCM solutions.

The role requires hands-on configuration across modules (Core HR, Workforce Structures, Absence, Payroll, and more) and strong reporting skills with OTBI and BI Publisher.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of overall experience in Oracle HCM/ERP functional consulting, with significant experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM.
• Strong experience in Oracle Fusion HCM implementation projects, preferably with end-to-end implementations.
• Strong functional knowledge of Oracle Fusion HCM modules, particularly Core HR and Workforce Structures.
• Hands-on experience with additional HCM modules such as Absence, Payroll, Compensation, Performance, Talent, Recruiting, or Learning.
• Strong understanding of HR business processes and Oracle Fusion HCM best practices.
• Experience in requirements gathering, solution design, functional configuration, testing, and deployment.
• Strong experience in Oracle HCM reporting, including OTBI and BI Publisher.
• Ability to translate business requirements into functional solutions and work with stakeholders.
• Onsite work willingness in Abu Dhabi, UAE.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support end-to-end Oracle Fusion HCM implementation and transformation projects.
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from HR and business stakeholders.
• Translate requirements into Oracle Fusion HCM functional configurations and solutions.
• Configure and support relevant Oracle Fusion HCM modules per business needs.
• Provide functional expertise across modules like Core HR, Workforce Structures, Absence, Payroll, and more.
• Prepare functional specs, process flows, test scenarios, and user docs.
• Design and develop Oracle Fusion HCM reports/analytics using BI Publisher, OTBI, and Oracle HCM Analytics.
• Coordinate data migration, validation, reconciliation, and integration-related activities.
• Lead SIT/UAT/regression testing, defect resolution, and go-live support.
• Conduct workshops and training for business users.

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Functional Consultant with 10–20 years of overall experience and strong expertise in Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in end-to-end Oracle Fusion HCM implementations, functional configuration, business process mapping, requirement gathering, testing, reporting, and production support.

The consultant will work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to understand business requirements, design scalable Oracle Fusion HCM solutions, and support successful implementation and delivery of HCM transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop Oracle Fusion HCM reports and analytics using tools such as BI Publisher, OTBI, and Oracle HCM Analytics, as applicable.
• Support data migration, data validation, reconciliation, and integration-related activities.
• Coordinate with technical teams on integrations, reports, interfaces, and extensions.
• Lead or support SIT, UAT, regression testing, defect resolution, and deployment activities.
• Provide functional support during go-live, hypercare, and post-production phases.
• Conduct workshops, demonstrations, knowledge-transfer sessions, and training for business users.
• Work closely with project managers, technical consultants, HR stakeholders, and other implementation teams.
• Prepare status updates, functional documentation, and project-related deliverables.
• Ensure solutions comply with business requirements, Oracle standards, and agreed project timelines.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 8+ years of overall experience in Oracle HCM/ERP functional consulting, with significant experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM.

• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Willingness to work onsite in Abu Dhabi, UAE.

Good to Have

• Experience working on large-scale Oracle Fusion HCM transformation or implementation programs.
• Experience with Oracle Cloud HCM integrations and exposure to integration technologies such as Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
• Exposure to Fast Formula, HCM Extracts, HDL, HSDL, and REST/SOAP integrations.
• Experience with Oracle Payroll, Compensation, Talent Management, Recruiting, or Learning implementations.
• Knowledge of Oracle HCM security, roles, data access, and approval workflows.
• Experience in developing complex OTBI analyses, dashboards, and BI Publisher reports.
• Experience working with GCC/UAE HR and payroll processes would be an advantage.
• Oracle Fusion HCM certification would be preferred.
• Prior experience working in client-facing consulting environments.
• Experience coordinating with distributed onsite and offshore teams.
