Job summary

Nexttec Technology is seeking an Oracle Fusion HCM Functional Consultant in Abu Dhabi to implement and optimize HR solutions for clients. You will gather requirements, configure modules, test, and provide end-user training.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of Oracle Fusion HCM experience, strong HR process knowledge, and excellent communication. This on-site role offers exposure to cutting-edge projects and a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in implementing and supporting Oracle Fusion HCM
• Strong knowledge of HR processes and best practices
• Experience with at least one full life cycle implementation of Oracle Fusion HCM
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

• Work closely with clients to gather requirements and design solutions that meet their business needs
• Configure and customize Oracle Fusion HCM modules to align with client's HR processes and policies
• Conduct system testing and assist with user acceptance testing
• Provide end-user training and support during and after implementation
• Troubleshoot and resolve any functional issues that may arise
• Stay up-to-date with new features and updates in Oracle Fusion HCM and provide recommendations for process improvements
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure successful integration with other systems
• Document all project activities and provide regular status updates to project managers and stakeholders
• Participate in pre-sales activities, including product demonstrations and client presentations
