Job summary

AceNet Consulting is seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Finance Consultant to support business application implementations, ongoing support, and continuous improvement across Finance functions. The role demands hands-on experience with core Oracle Finance modules and end-to-end lifecycle expertise.

The candidate will engage with stakeholders, design scalable solutions, and ensure minimal customization while coordinating with IT and business teams across on-premise and cloud environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, IT, Finance or related field.
• 8+ years of Oracle Finance experience with Oracle Fusion Finance.
• Minimum of 3 end-to-end Oracle Finance implementations.
• Strong knowledge of GL, AP, AR, Cash Management, Fixed Assets, Expenses and Tax.
• Experience with integrations and interfaces to other applications.
• Experience with Oracle PaaS extensions and BPM workflows.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementation of Oracle Fusion ERP Finance solutions, including project planning, requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, development, testing, CRP, UAT, training, data migration, and deployment.
• Analyze business requirements and recommend Oracle standard functionality and best practices, while minimizing unnecessary customizations.
• Provide functional and technical support for Oracle Finance applications, troubleshoot issues and coordinate with IT Helpdesk and Oracle Support for timely resolution.
• Conduct functional and technical requirement gathering, prepare design specs, configure, support enhancements, and deliver reports and modifications.
• Manage CRP, UAT, testing, training, data migration, and deployment activities for new implementations and enhancements.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement across Oracle Finance applications, business processes, reporting, integrations, and performance.
• Support change processes, ensuring compliant development, testing, and deployment.
• Work with stakeholders to ensure seamless integration between Oracle Finance and other applications across on-premise and cloud environments.
• Support Oracle Finance integrations, interfaces, BPM workflows, and extensions to meet requirements.
