Landmark Group is seeking a seasoned Oracle Fusion Techno-Functional Lead with 15+ years of hands-on Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP experience, focused on Finance modules. You will own end-to-end delivery from requirements to production and guide a cross-functional team including developers and business stakeholders.

The role emphasizes strong technical delivery, governance, and the ability to drive AI-enabled automation within Finance processes, including AI Agent Studio capabilities.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience as an Oracle Fusion Techno‑Functional Consultant with a strong, verifiable delivery track record.
• Hands-on development and support in Oracle Fusion Financials and Procurement, including AP, AR, GL, Fixed Assets, Cash Management, and Procurement.
• Strong technical proficiency in OIC, VBCS, BIP Reports, OTBI, and FBDI imports.
• Solid understanding of Oracle Fusion offerings, features, and configuration across Finance and Procurement.

Responsibilities

• Lead the techno-functional design and delivery of Oracle Fusion Financials (GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Cash Management) and Procurement, owning solutions from requirement through production.
• Drive the Fusion implementation roadmap and post-implementation change portfolio—enhancements, release adoption, regression testing, and controlled deployments.
• Lead migration projects from Oracle E-Business Suite to Fusion Cloud end-to-end, including data extraction, transformation, loading (FBDI), reconciliation, and coexistence planning.
• Own cutover planning and execution with runbooks, mock cutovers, go/no-go criteria, downtime management, and go-live command-center coordination.
• Lead post-implementation hypercare—stabilization, war-room support, defect triage, knowledge transfer to BAU, and exit criteria into steady state.
