Job summary

Tech Mahindra is seeking an experienced Oracle Finance Consultant to deliver and support Oracle Fusion ERP for Finance. You will lead end-to-end implementations, including GL, AP, AR, Cash Management, and Fixed Assets, leveraging both Fusion and EBS capabilities.

The role requires 10–15 years of relevant experience, strong knowledge of financial processes, and the ability to drive project plans and training. Immediate notice period is preferred; candidates with EBS exposure are a plus.

Qualifications

• Educated to a Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science or a related field.
• 8–11 years of experience with Oracle Finance Expertise in General Ledger, AP, AR, Cash Mgmt, Fixed Assets, iExpense, Tax Modules in Oracle Fusion and EBS.
• Oracle E-Business Suite experience is a plus.
• Minimum of 5 end-to-end implementations with Oracle Finance.
• In-depth knowledge of financial and operational business practices.
• Experience implementing and supporting long-term/complex Oracle Finance projects and interfacing with other applications.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Oracle Fusion ERP implementation for Finance, gathering requirements, building, testing, training and deploying solutions.
• Develop project plans and ensure solutions optimize standard features to meet business needs.
• Perform both technical and functional expertise across Finance modules.
• Engage in end-to-end delivery and cross-functional coordination with related systems.
