Job summary

BTranz in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates, seeks an experienced HCM EBS Functional Consultant to lead the Oracle EBS HCM track in a government/public sector context. You will implement Core HR, Payroll, SSHR and drive configuration, security, reporting, and workflows.

The role requires hands-on delivery, stakeholder engagement, and a strong leadership presence to deliver results. Remote work is not offered; full-time on-site in Abu Dhabi.

Core Requirements

• Proven expertise in Oracle EBS HCM modules: Core HR Payroll SSHR.
• Strong skills in configuration enhancements security reporting workflow and customization.
• Current handson experience in Oracle EBS implementations and support.
• Solid background in the government/public sector with ability to navigate compliance and stakeholder expectations.
• Demonstrated ability to lead the HCM track engage stakeholders and provide strong functional guidance throughout the engagement.
• Recognized for leadership presence positive attitude and sound character.
• Years of experience are less critical than the candidates ability to influence stakeholders drive ownership and deliver results.
