Job summary

Nexttec Technology Outsourcing in Abu Dhabi seeks an Oracle EBS Finance Functional Consultant to lead implementation, customization, and ongoing support of Oracle EBS Finance modules for public sector and regulated financial institutions.

You will translate business requirements into tailored solutions, coordinate with technical teams for integrations, train end users, and support month‑end and year‑end activities, with a strong emphasis on GL, AP, AR, FA and related modules.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Strong functional experience in Oracle E‑Business Suite Finance modules, including GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, iExpense, SLA, AGIS, and financial reporting.
• Experience in public sector, banking, or regulated financial institutions.
• Knowledge of Oracle EBS R12.2.x, SLA accounting rules, AME/workflows, Oracle Forms/OAF, BI/XML Publisher reports, integrations with procurement/payroll/banking systems, tax/VAT setups, audit support, and Arabic/English business user communication.
• Experience with Jira/ManageEngine and ITIL‑based support processes is preferred.
• Experience with full lifecycle implementation of Oracle EBS Finance modules
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills
• Oracle EBS Finance certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement Oracle EBS Finance modules according to client requirements.
• Support day‑to‑day finance operations, resolving issues, analyzing root causes, validating accounting setups, and ensuring compliance with finance processes and controls.
• Support enhancements, customizations, month‑end/year‑end closing activities, reconciliation issues, data correction analysis, user support, testing, documentation, and coordination with technical teams for integrations, reports, workflows, and custom developments.
• Configure and customize Oracle EBS Finance modules to meet specific business needs.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure successful integration with other systems.
• Provide end‑user training and support during implementation and post‑implementation phases.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to Oracle EBS Finance modules.

As an Oracle EBS Finance Functional Consultant, you will be responsible for providing expert guidance and support in the implementation, customization, and maintenance of Oracle EBS Finance modules. You will work closely with our clients to understand their business requirements and provide tailored solutions to meet their needs.
