Job summary

Midis Group is seeking an Oracle HCM Technical Consultant to join our project team in Dubai. You will design and implement back end REST and SOAP web services for Oracle E-Business Suite modules, reporting to the project manager, and translate complex concepts for non-technical users.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years of Oracle Applications R12 experience in HCM modules, strong SQL/PLSQL, and hands-on experience with SOA Gateway, AME, OAF personalization, and XML Publisher.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
• 7+ years of experience with Oracle Applications R12 in design and implement HCM and custom modules of Oracle Applications.
• Strong experience in writing SQL queries, Packages, Procedures, Functions and Triggers.
• Apps Technical in HCM Modules (SSHR, Core HR, OLM, PMS and i-Recruitment)
• Extensively worked in the development of Interfaces and load data into Oracle applications.
• Strong experience in Standard Oracle Integrated SOA Gateway ( REST and SOAP web services).
• Expert in Oracle AME.
• Exposure in OAF pages and Personalization.
• Experience in Custom and Standard Workflow
• Good exposure on XML publisher reports.
• Good Analytical, Technical and Communication Skills.
• Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• A track record of following through on commitments.

Job Scope

We are hiring Oracle HRMS Technical consultant to join our project team. You will work alongside other team members and report directly to the project manager. Your main tasks will include back end REST and SOAP UI web services for Oracle e-Business Suite modulesTo succeed in this role you should have a natural analytical way of thinking and be able to explain difficult concepts to non-technical users.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

• A bachelor's degree in business or related field or an MBA.
• 7+ years of experience with Oracle Applications R12 in design and implement HCM and custom modules of Oracle Applications
• Strong experience in writing SQL queries, Packages, Procedures, Functions and Triggers.
