Charterhouse Partnership in Dubai searches for an Oracle Functional Consultant to lead ERP improvements across HR, SCM and Finance modules. The role demands deep functional expertise and the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.

The candidate should hold a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent, ideally Oracle certified, and possess excellent English communication skills. Experience in multinational environments in the Middle East is desirable.

Charterhouse is working with a leading facilities management organisation that has operations throughout the Middle East and is headquartered in Dubai, UAE. Our client is going through an evaluation of their business processes and is looking to improve their ERP systems to ensure the technology is in place to deliver business objectives.

An Oracle Functional Consultant is required on a permanent basis to oversee the revamping of business processes from a technology perspective and to understand how our client’s IT needs to be adapted to improve.

The successful candidate should have at least five years functional expertise within HR, SCM and the Finance modules. You should also hold a bachelors Degree in Computer Science or equivalent, ideally be Oracle certified and possess excellent spoken and written English. Experience of working in a multinational organisation ideally within the Middle East is desirable.
