Job description

Charterhouse is working with a leading European company that provides state-of-the-art window and facade technology. Our client is looking to hire an Architectural Advisor to provide a solid business plan to increase sales, develop existing relationships, manage a team and provide expert advice on facade systems and windows.

You will be responsible for increasing revenues, developing relationships with potential clients as well as endeavoring to secure projects by advising Architects, main contractors, Quantity Surveyors and Facade Consultants.

The successful candidate should have a minimum of five years relative experience in dealing with Architects in the target area, particularly on matters relating to design and specification.

It is essential you have a proven track record coupled with previous experience in the design and construction of facades or building envelopes and familiarity with related structural issues.

You should have strong presentation skills along with excellent English communication ability, Arabic would be highly advantageous.
