Job summary

D4Insight in Abu Dhabi seeks a Senior Techno-Functional Engineer to act as the functional and technical authority for Oracle FLEXCUBE within the Integration Platform Squad, supporting integration design and delivery across channels, payment systems, finance, risk, and external applications.

The role requires 8–12 years of Oracle FLEXCUBE experience, strong knowledge of FLEXCUBE modules, APIs, and middleware, plus excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Qualifications

• 8–12 years of experience in Oracle FLEXCUBE implementation, support, or transformation.
• Strong knowledge of FLEXCUBE modules including CASA, Lending, Customer Information, Payments, and Trade Finance.
• Good understanding of FLEXCUBE APIs, messaging interfaces, database structures, and integration frameworks.
• Experience with system integrations, middleware platforms, and digital banking ecosystems.
• Strong knowledge of Oracle Database and SQL.
• Core banking transformation, migration, or modernization experience preferred.
• Strong stakeholder management, analytical, and communication skills.
