Job summary

Ghobash Group seeks a senior Oracle ERP leader to own application management and governance across the ERP landscape. You will lead a techno-functional team delivering roll-outs, integrations, and enhancements while ensuring security, controls, and high availability across Finance, SCM, Procurement, and HR modules.

The role requires 8–12 years in Oracle ERP with strong leadership, stakeholder management, and project management skills to drive initiatives and manage vendor relations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in CS/IS/Engineering or related field.
  • 8–12 years of Oracle ERP experience in a techno-functional role.
  • Proven leadership of techno-functional consulting/applications teams delivering Oracle projects.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities.
  • Solid project/program management for concurrent Oracle initiatives.
  • Vendor management and negotiation capabilities.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the Oracle ERP application support team ensuring stability and performance across modules.
  • Oversee Oracle-related projects including roll-outs, upgrades, and patching cycles.
  • Manage integrations between Oracle ERP and third-party applications (middleware, APIs, EDI).
  • Oversee demand, testing and change requests with proper approvals and governance.
  • Provide secondary oversight of other enterprise application support teams.
