Job summary

Ghobashgroup is seeking a Senior IT Leader to own and drive Oracle ERP Application Management across the group. You will lead the Oracle ERP application support team, ensuring stability, performance, security, and continuous improvement of the ERP landscape across all entities.

This role also provides governance for other enterprise applications, oversees techno-functional consultants, manages integrations, roll-outs, and change requests, and ensures testing, approvals, and change control in

Qualifications

8–12 years of Oracle ERP experience in a techno-functional capacity.
Hands-on experience across Oracle ERP modules: Finance, SCM, Procurement, HR.
Proven experience leading techno-functional consulting or application support teams delivering Oracle projects.

Responsibilities

Lead the Oracle ERP application support team ensuring stability, performance, and security.
Oversee Oracle-related projects including roll-outs, integrations, upgrades, and CRs.
Manage integrations with third-party systems and ensure testing, approvals, and change control.
Own the Oracle ERP roadmap and governance, including vendor relationships and budget.
Provide secondary oversight of other enterprise application support teams and drive standardization.
