Job summary

King’s College Hospital London, Dubai is seeking a Business Applications Principal to lead the full lifecycle management of core business applications, including Oracle Cloud ERP/HCM/SCM, LMS, data warehousing, and integrations. You will partner with senior leaders to drive operational excellence, scalability, compliance, and growth.

The role requires 8-10 years of enterprise applications experience, strong Oracle Cloud expertise, and proven vendor management capabilities to deliver strategic IT

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT or related discipline.
• 8-10 years of enterprise applications experience.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the complete lifecycle of business-critical applications.
• Define and execute the application roadmap aligned with transformation objectives.
• Lead system optimization across Oracle HCM, SCM, Finance, and ERP.
• Serve as the functional and technical lead for configuration and enhancements.
• Design and oversee integrations between Oracle SaaS, PaaS, and other systems.
• Ensure scalability, security, performance, and data integrity.
• Manage vendors and partners to ensure service excellence and SLAs.
• Oversee upgrades, enhancements, and product roadmaps.
