Job summary

Astek in the United Arab Emirates invites an experienced Oracle EBS R12.2 HRMS Techno-Functional Consultant to lead UAE payroll configuration, AME workflows, and HRMS integrations.

You will configure Core HR, Payroll, SSHR, and AME, develop Fast Formulas, ensure compliance with UAE labor laws, and support reporting with BI Publisher/XML Publisher. The role includes data migration, problem solving, and end-user training.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, IT, Finance, CS or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Oracle EBS HRMS techno-functional roles.
• Strong hands-on experience with Oracle EBS R12.2 HRMS (Core HR, Payroll, SSHR, AME).
• Proven UAE payroll processing and statutory compliance experience.
• Knowledge of UAE gratuity, end-of-service benefits, WPS/SIF, payroll costing, reconciliation, and reporting.
• Proficiency in Oracle Fast Formulas, AME workflows, SQL/PLSQL, BI Publisher/XML Publisher.

Responsibilities

• Configure, implement, and support Oracle EBS R12.2 HRMS modules (Core HR, Payroll, SSHR, AME).
• Gather business requirements and translate into HRMS configurations.
• Develop UAE payroll elements and Fast Formulas for calculations and retroactive pay.
• Ensure UAE labor law compliance, gratuity rules, WPS reporting, and statutory reporting.
• Configure AME approval workflows, hierarchies, and notifications.
• Create and maintain custom reports and interfaces; support data migration and integrations.
• Provide user training and develop documentation.
