Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain the cleanliness of the examination room and showroom.
• Receive, organize and price merchandise; attach barcodes.
• Enter data and invoices into the electronic system; follow training materials.
• Handle sales operations, customer service, and issuing invoices per procedures.
• Ensure daily financial entries are accurate and perform cash closing with precision.
• Follow Dress Code Policy and wear the official uniform during shifts.
• Wear white medical coat during examinations and in showroom; arrive 15 minutes early for shifts.
• Adhere to all company policies on discipline, appearance, attendance and admin instructions.
• Possess a valid Eye Examination License issued by UAE health authorities (DOH or DHA).
• Residence visa sponsorship may be available; company may cover residency costs.
• Demonstrate good conduct, professionalism and respectful behavior with colleagues and customers.
• Work as part of a team and adapt to a collaborative environment.
• Be willing to follow instructions and apply them accurately.
• Preferably reside nearby to ensure timely shift attendance.

First Core Professional Duties

• Conduct comprehensive eye examinations with high accuracy according to approved professional standards
• Diagnose refractive errors and determine correct prescriptions for glasses and lenses
• Prescribe optical lenses glasses and contact lenses based on the customer s needs
• Fit contact lenses and train customers on proper usage and care
• Maintain the cleanliness of the examination room prepare equipment and sanitize tools as required

Second Operational Responsibilities

• Based on Company Policy Maintain daily cleanliness and organization of the examination room and showroom
• Participate in receiving organizing and arranging merchandise including attaching barcodes and pricing
• Accurately enter data and invoices into the company s electronic system and follow the provided instructional training materials
• Participate in sales operations customer service and issuing invoices according to company procedures
• Ensure the accuracy of daily financial entries and perform daily cash closing with full precision
• Comply with the company s Dress Code Policy including wearing the official uniform during working hours
• Wear the white medical coat during eye examinations and while working inside the showroom
• Adhere to shift schedules including arriving 15 minutes early for the morning shift for preparation
• Follow all company policies related to discipline appearance attendance and administrative instructions
• Must hold a valid Eye Examination License issued by the relevant health authority in the UAE (DOH or DHA).
• It is preferred that the candidate is able to obtain a residence visa under personal sponsorship or spouse sponsorship, and the company will cover the residency costs.
• Good conduct, professional ethics, and respectful behavior when dealing with colleagues and customers.
• Ability to work as part of a team and integrate within a collaborative work environment.
• Willingness to accept instructions and guidance and apply them accurately.
• Preferably residing in a nearby area to ensure reliable and timely arrival for shift schedules.
