Responsibilities

• Welcome patients and visitors in a professional, warm and courteous manner.
• Manage front desk operations and ensure an organized patient flow throughout the clinic.
• Handle calls, WhatsApp inquiries and patient requests efficiently.
• Schedule, confirm and coordinate patient appointments.
• Register new patients and update patient information in the clinic system.
• Coordinate appointments between ophthalmologists and diagnostic services.
• Provide patients with clear information about appointments and clinic procedures.
