The role requires at least 3 years in die-cutting, a printing trade certification if available, and the ability to prepare reports, comply with ISO procedures, and perform routine maintenance between shifts.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Monitor input quantity and quality for smooth workflow.
• Organize die cutting jobs by priority and plan with the shift team.
• Take over charge from the previous shift operator and manage job set-ups.
• Prepare die cutting reports for jobs run in the shift.
• Ensure ISO procedures are followed and equipment is maintained.
• Keep the work area clean and equipment ready for the next shift.
• Inform supervisor about maintenance needs and overtime when required.
