Job Description

• Maintain Print Consistency Throughout the Run
• Monitor ink density, registration, and paper feed accuracy across the entire batch. Adjust machine settings proactively to prevent color shifts, misalignment, or print defects.
• Perform Scheduled Maintenance as per Guidelines. Carry out periodic maintenance tasks including roller cleaning, blanket replacement, lubrication, and inspection of mechanical components. Document all maintenance activities and elevate any abnormalities to the technical team.
• Control Ink-Water Balance During Production. Maintain optimal ink-water balance throughout the print run to prevent issues like scumming, toning, or emulsification. Fine-tune dampening systems and ink flow to ensure sharp, clean prints with consistent color fidelity.
