Job summary

SUNDUS MANAGEMENT CONSULTANCY & STUDIES BUREAUL.L.C in Abu Dhabi seeks a CCM pulpit operator to operate and monitor the continuous cooking equipment, ensuring optimal process parameters and high pulp quality for steel production.

You will safely manage raw material feeding systems, control chemical dosages and digester temperatures, analyze pulp samples in real time, report abnormalities to supervision, and willingness to work six days per week on a direct hire contract with a government client.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a control-room pulp operator in a steel plant.
• Higher secondary school certificate or ITI qualification.
• Willingness to work six days per week.

Responsibilities

• Oversee CCM pulpit operator tasks for the steel‑making plant.
• Ensure sufficient availability of machinery, consumables, and tools required for the smooth operation of the ladle furnace.
• Maintain process parameters at the CCM pulpit work station in accordance with process sheets or supervisor instructions.
• Report any CCM pulpit abnormalities observed during execution and seek guidance from the supervisor.

Safely manage raw material feeding systems—including chip bins and chemical tanks—to guarantee a consistent and quality pulp supply. Precisely control chemical dosages and reaction temperatures within the digester to achieve target pulp properties and maximize yield. Continuously analyze pulp samples and adjust process variables in real‑time to meet stringent quality specifications.
