LINKED HR FOR HUMAN RESOURCES CONSULTANCIES CO. L.L.C is seeking a skilled Operator to join our manufacturing team in Dubai. You will operate and setup machinery, following SOPs and production plans to safely deliver compliant products and meet targets.

The role emphasizes quality checks, autonomous maintenance, strict HSE adherence, 5S housekeeping, and supporting lean manufacturing while helping train new operators.

Qualifications

• Secondary School Certificate plus a 2–3 year technical trade certificate.
• Minimum 4+ years of hands-on machinery operation in a large industrial plant (cable industry preferred).
• Strong operational acumen, communication, time management, and ability to work shifts.

Responsibilities

• Machinery operation & setup to achieve daily production goals.
• Quality & maintenance checks; raise SAP notifications and perform autonomous maintenance tasks.
• Enforce HSE guidelines and 5S housekeeping; report near-misses.
• Support continuous lean manufacturing and assist in training new operators.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking askilled and dedicated Operator to join our Manufacturing

• * Quality &Maintenance: Conduct routine quality and parameter checks, raise SAP notificationsand execute autonomous maintenance tasks.
• * Safety & 5SStandards: Enforce strict HSE guidelines, maintain 5S housekeepingstandards and proactively report near-misses.
• * OperationalExcellence: Support continuous lean manufacturing initiatives and assist intraining new operators.

REQUIREMENTS &QUALIFICATIONS

• * Education:Secondary School Certificate combined with a 2–3 year technical trade certificate.
• * Experience:Minimum 4+ years of hands-on machinery operation experience in a largeindustrial plant (cable industry experience preferred).
• * Skills: Strongoperational acumen, effective communication, solid time management, andphysical fitness to handle shift work.
