Job summary

Napco National Company in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Line Operator to support daily production activities and ensure smooth line operation.

You will clean the line, fill and submit daily production reports, set machines for size changes, and manage raw materials; you will report issues to supervisors and keep all pallets, bins and materials properly stored, while adhering to safety procedures and participating in HSE toolbox talks.

Responsibilities

• Ensure proper cleaning of line during the shift and month close.
• Fill in the daily production report and submit it to the Production Team Leader.
• Set the machine properly and perform size changes.
• Ensure proper handling of raw material received and returns from Raw Material warehouse.
• Inform Lead Operator and Line Setter of any problem on the machine.
• Ensure finished goods pallets, waste bin, waste trolley and raw material are in their dedicated places.
• Follow safety and environmental instructions and participate in toolbox talks with the HSE officer.
• Participate in OH&S at all levels including development, planning and performance evaluation.

• Verbally inform the Lead Operator and the Line Setter of any problem that occurs on the machine.
• Make sure all finished goods pallets, waste bin, waste trolley and raw material are in their dedicated place.
• Comply and follow safety and environmental instructions and participate in toolbox talks given by HSE officer.
• Consultation and participation at all applicable levels and functions ( ex. the development, planning, implementation, performance evaluation and actions for improvement of the OH&S management system).
