Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily production activities during the shift
• Ensure production targets efficiency and quality standards are met
• Monitor and optimize machine performance and production processes
• Lead and manage production workers operators and technicians
• Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members
• Conduct shift briefings and ensure smooth shift handovers
• Provide on-the-job training and mentoring to improve team performance
• Ensure adherence to quality standards and specifications
• Conduct regular quality checks and inspections
• Report and address any deviations or defects immediately
• Ensure compliance with workplace safety regulations and company policies
• Conduct safety briefings and enforce PPE Personal Protective Equipment usage
• Report and investigate incidents accidents or near-misses
• Monitor equipment performance and report malfunctions to maintenance teams
• Ensure preventive maintenance schedules are followed
• Maintain production logs shift reports and downtime records
• Provide feedback to management on production performance and challenges
