Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Engineering or similar technical discipline.
• Foundation in inspection and repair processes, NDT, and quality systems from studies, projects, or internships.
• Exposure to Lean tools and methodologies (Kaizen, 5S, VSM, Daily Management).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with structured thinking.
• Willingness to learn and grow in a hands-on operational environment.
• UAE localization preference for UAE Nationals with Family Book encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Participate in Kaizen events in the GT cell to drive continuous improvement.
• Assist in lean line implementation using 5S, VSM, Standard Work, and DMS with guidance.
• Support daily operations to achieve safety, quality, delivery, cost, and culture goals.
• Collaborate with Operations, Quality, Engineering, and Materials to identify bottlenecks.
• Engage in structured problem-solving and waste reduction activities.
• Develop and sustain SOPs for operational processes.
• Promote a safe working environment and support safety improvement projects.
• Assist in evaluating new technologies to improve efficiency and accuracy.
