Job summary

Romishome Pets Nursery in Dubai seeks an experienced Operations Supervisor to oversee crate-free nursery operations and manage dogs across multiple rooms, ensuring a safe, harmonious, and clean environment.

You will lead pack management, read dog body language to de-escalate tension, and coordinate staff while maintaining high standards of care and client communications. This role requires strong leadership and a genuine love for dogs.

Qualifications

• 5–6 years of experience in a professional dog day-care or boarding facility.
• Deep understanding of dog behavior, pack mentality, conflict resolution, and canine first aid.
• UAE Residence Visa holder (own/spouse/parent sponsorship preferred).

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations across crate-free rooms, coordinating play, rest, and feeding schedules.
• Monitor multi-dog playgroups to maintain a calm, safe environment and read body language to de-escalate tension.
• Coordinate staff and care assistants, assign duties, and maintain facility hygiene and high standards of care.
• Implement and enforce strict health, safety, and sanitization protocols.
• Update pet parents on dogs' wellbeing and communicate incidents professionally.

We are seeking an experienced and highly capable OperationsSupervisor to oversee our daily crate-free nursery operations. In thisrole, you will be responsible for managing dogs across multiple rooms, ensuringa safe, harmonious, and clean environment. Because we are a crate-freefacility, the supervisor must possess excellent command over pack leadership,dog behaviour, and group dynamics to prevent and manage conflict seamlessly.

KeyResponsibilities

• Daily Operations: Superviseand coordinate activities across multiple crate-free rooms, ensuringschedules for play, rest, and feeding are strictly maintained.
• Pack Management: Monitormulti-dog playgroups to maintain a calm, safe, and controlled environment.Proactively read dog body language to de-escalate any tension.
• Staff Coordination: Overseehandlers and pet care assistants, assigning duties, ensuring highstandards of care, and maintaining facility hygiene.
• Health & Safety: Implementand enforce strict safety and sanitization protocols. Quickly address anyhealth or behavioral concerns according to company policy.
• Client Relations: Updatepet parents on their dogs' well-being and maintain professionalcommunication regarding daily updates or incidents.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience: 5to 6 years of solid experience working in or managing a professional dogday-care or boarding facility.
• Expertise: Deepunderstanding of dog behavior, pack mentality, conflict resolution, andcanine first aid. Proven track record managing groups of dogs in a crate-free setting.
• Visa Status: UAEResidence Visa holder (Own/Spouse/Parent sponsorship preferred).
• Skills: Excellentleadership, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to stay calmand decisive under pressure.
