Qualifications

• Engineering degree required.
• 5 years of experience in engineering design, project management, or operations management within an engineering consultancy.
• Experience working with multicultural teams across geographic locations.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships with project managers and stakeholders.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide governance and oversight across Egis Entities to ensure compliance with protocols and objectives.
• Deliver training on tools and processes to standardize operations and improve performance.
• Lead and coordinate project review meetings focusing on financial performance and forecasts.
• Prepare detailed reports for leadership on risks, variances, and opportunities.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration and optimize cost allocation, revenue recognition and cash collection.
